Re-filling pre-filled cartridges?

Well hello there.

It seems that, for now, I have the 5 pre-filled cartridges from my brand new (thank you very much) 510 Complete Kit since my package didn't have the extra 5 (empty ones) that I ordered. Either the shipping personnel forgot it or the postal services lost it (I just realized that the package had a nasty cut in it, presumably big enough to slip the extra cartridges out). In any case, I was wondering if I could re-fill the pre-filled cartridges once they've run dry or should I wait untill I have some empty cartridges to use?

Cartridges can be refilled once the liquid inside is evaporated.
